Aim High: We encourage children to develop resilience, persistence , a growth mindset , and the independence needed to set and achieve their own goals.
Discover: We foster curiosity and a love of learning, helping pupils to understand themselves as learners (metacognition) and to develop the skills to resolve challenges collaboratively.
